I hate when I go looking for pricing and it’s either totally hidden, or I have to go back and forth with someone before I find out if it’s within my budget.
Let’s try to not do that here :)
While I may not be able to give exact answers for everything, below are starting points you can expect upfront before I know more about what you’re looking for.
Portraits
Portrait pricing will depend on the kind of portrait you want! Price MAY increase due to various factors which will be discussed and agreed on ahead of time, so no surprises on the price day-of. And by the way, an hour-long shoot will get you anywhere from 20-50 photos!
Here are some baselines for you to work with:
1-Hour Solo or Couples
Think nice portraits of yourself or a loved one, senior photos, engagement photos*, anniversary photos, maternity photos, etc.
1 location, 1 outfit: $400
1 location, 2 outfits: $450
2 locations (within 15 minutes drive), 1-2 outfits: $600
1-Hour Parent & Child: $475
Mommy and Me/Daddy and Me style. For 2 or more children, check out the Family shoot!
1-Hour Family: $525
Pricing is for 3-7 people. Please let me know if your family has more members to love!
Engagement*: $650+
This is a case-by-case price. This is NOT engagement photos some time before the wedding- this one is for the day the question is popped… proposal pictures! Contact me via the Inquire page and let me know the details- when, where, how many people involved, and what your big dream for this big moment is! Pricing for this starts at $650 and includes 30 minutes of photos after the big moment, like a mini engagement shoot, so you don’t have to wait to share the love!
Weddings & Events
Event pricing depends on your event. Price MAY increase due to various factors which will be discussed and agreed on ahead of time, so no surprises on the price day-of. And by the way, an event shoot will get you anywhere from 20-600 photos!
Here are some baselines for you to work with:
Full-Day Wedding
These prices are determined by the amount of hours of coverage you’d like for your day. Think about what you want professionally captured- things like getting ready, details, ceremony, special/unique moments, first-looks or first-touches, portraits, specialty dances, reception, private last dance, grand exit, etc.
4 Hours: $2,000
6 Hours: $2,500
8 Hours: $3,000
Ceremony-Only Wedding: $1,000+
I’ve found this to be especially popular amongst some Catholic couples! This is great if you’re having a Catholic wedding now and a bigger reception later, if you’re convalidating a civil marriage, or if you simply want only your ceremony covered! Starting at $1,000, this includes your wedding mass, 30 minutes of “before” photos, and 45 minutes of portraits after. Time is of the essence for this package, so we will discuss in detail ahead of time what photos from before and after are the most important to you. If you’d like to extend the before or after time, we can increase in increments of 30 minutes at $100 per 30 minutes added, up to 1.5 hours.
Sacraments*: $600
Is your daughter being baptized? Is your son receiving his First Holy Communion? Are you going through OCIA or joining the priesthood? This one is for you! (*Does not include the sacrament of marriage. See above for wedding pricing.)
Special Events: Inquire
Since this is such a broad category, I can’t really offer a baseline. Is someone graduating the police academy, or getting ready to head off on a new big adventure? Maybe you’re planning a home-birth, or your nana made it to 100! Or maybe nana didn’t quite make it to 100 but now all of your family will be in town and y’all never get pictures together so now’s your chance (I personally take a lot of family photos at funerals since my family is spread out all over the country).
